I think LLMs in PMS are going to be really good for training and onboarding new team members. When users start asking questions to the system and get ideas on what to do next, hospitality is going to enter into a new dimension.
It was LodgIQ's new AI based BI tool. Really well thought through. Something I wished I had when I was running a hotel. Agree for support, and onboarding LLMs are a huge help. Shopify has an amazing AI assistant - it isn't just limited to giving answers from the help files but also looks at all your account data so can tell you actual changes to be made with your setup etc. More than help it also works on configurations, setups, tax setups etc. I don't know why the hotel industry still doesn't have a Shopify-like website/booking solution.
